1. Sam’s Furniture has been satisfying customers here in Tarrant County, for over 63 years. Sam’s has the best rating from the BBB (A+) because we do the right thing to ensure you will be satisfied.
2. Sam’s Furniture prices are very low and we do not play the pricing games that most big stores do today. Sam’s does not mark things up and then offer big discounts on inflated high prices. Sam’s does not mark items up to offer “free interest” or other such offers. Sam’s think our customers are smart enough to know “free” is seldom so. Sam’s does offer very low prices Six days a week, four weeks a month. We spend our time making sure you are taken care of and happy, rather than how to confuse you or worse yet deceive you.
3. Sam’s Furniture salespeople are NOT on commission. Really they are here to help you, not to sell you. Most have been with Sam’s for over 10 years and all really know what they are talking about. We may not be “slick” but we sure are honest.

6. Delivery is fast and efficient. Sam’s Furniture only charges $49.95 for in home delivery in Tarrant County, regardless of how much merchandise you purchase. One piece or a whole house full same low price. Other companies, we are told, charge hundreds of dollars for delivery. Upstairs, no extra. Normal uncrating and set up included, no extra. Help move some of your furniture to another room, no problem, no extra. Haul off your old ones, small extra charge (to dispose of it) and we really need to know at time of sale.
7. Service policies and extended warranties. Most other companies make their profit from selling extra’s. Sam’s Furniture will offer you very competitive prices on very good extended protection if YOU wish. Sam’s Furniture does not ever “push” these items. Every item we sell offers a manufacture warranty and for 99% of our customers this seems to be enough.
8. Fabric or Furniture protection, same story. Other stores “push” these items Sam’s does NOT. We would rather offer honest merchandise at a fair price and not “play games” selling extra’s.
9. Sam’s furnishes most extra items you will need mostly at no additional charge. Sam’s does not charge extra for standard washer fill hoses, or dryer cords or vent hoses. Sam’s will give you the standard cords you might need to hook up your tv (if you tell us what you might need).
10. Pick up your merchandise at this same location. Sam’s Furniture’s warehouse is attached to our showroom. Sam’s stocks thousands of items in the box ready for you to pick up your purchase right here, right now. Can you believe what other stores ask you to do to pick up your selection? Never a drive to Dallas. Never a charge or delay to get in stock selections. Sam’s will help you load your merchandise and even supply twine to help secure your merchandise.
11. Sam’s Furniture allows you to purchase new furniture, bedding, appliances, electronics even computers all from the same store. Sam’s saves hundreds of customers time and energy by offering just about everything you need for your home at our one convenient location, and one pick up spot, or one delivery truck (only $49.95). So much easier than trying to arrange two or three different deliveries.
12. Sam’s can “special order” some merchandise that we do not normally stock. Sam’s can normally receive very fast shipments from suppliers we do business with because of the high volume of business we do with them. We do not solicit special orders, but if that is what we need Sam’s will try our best to help.
13. Sam’s does offer, from time to time, some outstanding bargains on our Lease return merchandise. All “pre-owned” merchandise is in excellent condition and clearly marked with a Green price tag as a one of a kind lease return item.
14. Sam’s Furniture is very proud of our high level of customer service and low prices. Some customers like to bargain and haggle over price. Sam’s really has a one price policy and do not jack up our prices to “give you a deal”. Sometimes we are able to offer a very small additional discount but as a rule the price we have tagged is the very best price.
15. Integrity seems to be in short supply with most businesses today. Sam’s Furniture believes in doing business the old fashion way, that is OUR WORD IS OUR BOND.
