Sam’s Return and Exchange Policy

Sam’s Furniture and Appliances goal is for you to be a satisfied customer now and for many years to come. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you leased or purchased, contact us within three days after you received it for re-selection or store credit. To receive full credit, all returned merchandise needs to be in the same condition as when leased or purchased, complete with all accessories, pillows, original box, instructions, remotes, etc.

Merchandise not meeting these requirements may not be accepted for return, or may be assessed a restocking charge of 20%. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you want Sam’s to pick up the item you have and redeliver another - both actions can be done with only one additional delivery charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before delivery

If you have not received your stocked merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order without a charge or fee by calling 817-665-5050 at least 24 hours before delivery.

If the merchandise you leased or purchased was a special order (an item that Sam’s normally does NOT stock) you will need to let us know you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time of original order. If you do not cancel the sale within 24 hours of the special order, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, Sam’s will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty.

Refund policy

You may receive a full refund of any monies you paid Sam’s for leased or purchased merchandise as long as you notify Sam’s within three (3) days of date of lease/purchase. If you charged your lease payment or purchase on a debit or credit card, we will credit your card. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our office within three business days.

For a special order, If you do not cancel the lease/sale within 24 hours only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, Sam’s will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. No refunds are available on delivery charges after the delivery has been completed.


Delivery and pick up

Sam’s offers in-home delivery within our delivery area in Tarrant County at only $79.95 for one piece or a whole houseful. Sam’s delivery crews are some of the best in the business and do a great job Tuesday through Saturday. Generally we deliver between 9AM and 5 PM. We will call you the evening before the delivery day to let you know the approximate time we will be arriving, normally within a three hour window. We also offer a "Delivery Tracker" for the day of your delivery to track the progress of your truck.  Since our trucks are pre-routed by geographic area we cannot offer time-scheduled deliveries, but we will try to work as much as possible, with your requests.

Sam’s delivery crew can remove your old furniture ONLY if you have made arrangements with Sam’s in advance. We do request a small charge ($20) for this service.

Sam’s delivery crew will move some of your items if you need help making room for your new selections.

A  charge will be made for each delivery, even if no one is home to accept the scheduled delivery.  Delivery prices are available in the checkout process or by calling our store, 817-665-5050.


If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, Sam’s will repair or replace your selection to your satisfaction. Sam’s may attempt to repair the item to your satisfaction before a replacement model is provided.

In the unlikely event any damage to your property should occur by Sam’s or our agents, please report the damage to one of our managers the same day it occurs.

Customer Pickup

Pick ups may be made at Sam’s loading dock Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM. Sam’s will assist, but is not responsible for securing your lease/purchased item on your vehicle. Sam’s does not supply pads or ties but will provide twine to help you secure your selection. Sam’s does not assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost while you transport it.  View the pickup location for our distribution center.

Some items may need assembly before you use them. Normally all items that are picked up are left in their original packing and will therefore need light assembly. If you wish for Sam’s to assemble your merchandise for you, we will need 24 hours notice. Normally there is a small charge for this assembly service, but if we deliver your merchandise the assembly is included!

Return policy on leased merchandise

Sam’s offers the best lease to own plan in the business. You may return any leased merchandise after three payments have been made and as long as it is in good condition. Our records will show that you fulfilled your lease obligation and that you paid your account as agreed.
