Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be a Sam’s customer now and for many years to come. Most often, full credit for returned merchandise is reasonable. If the merchandise is special order or damaged by the customer, we may reduce the credit accordingly. Delivery charges are non-refundable


Cancellation Policy

If you have not received your stocked merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order without a charge or fee by calling 817-665-5050 at least 24 hours before delivery.

If the merchandise you leased or purchased was a special order (an item that Sam’s normally does NOT stock) you will need to let us know you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time of original order. If you do not cancel the sale within 24 hours of the special order, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, Sam’s will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty.


Refund Policy

You may receive a full refund of any monies you paid Sam’s for leased or purchased merchandise as long as you notify Sam’s within three (3) days of date of lease/purchase. If you charged your lease payment or purchase on a debit or credit card, we will credit your card. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our office within three business days.


Damage

If your product is damaged, our customer service team will work with you. For minor damages we have factory trained technicians who will re-manufacturer the item back to original or better condition in your own home in a very timely manner (most often, less than 2 weeks). Or you can refuse the damaged item and we will work to get a new delivery set up for you as soon as possible. Either way, our goal is for you to be satisfied with your merchandise.


Return Policy on Leased Merchandise

Sam’s offers the best lease to own plan in the business. You may return any leased merchandise after two payments have been made and as long as it is in good condition. Our records will show that you fulfilled your lease obligation and that you paid your account as agreed.
